I'm not going to search all over the county for the lowest prices. I have my favorite stations selected that are reasonably within my common daily routes. I like to come to the site and quickly check the prices of my favorites to figure out where I need to stop along the way. Here are my improvement ideas:

#1 - on the full site, have the option to show my favorites at the top. That's where I'll be looking and entering prices 90% of the time.

#2 - In the Gas Buddy app, I should be able to pull up my favorites list with prices

Unfortunately, my employer has saddled me with a Blackberry, so I imagine the app is much less featured than IOS or Android, as is typical. I should have mentioned that in my initial post.

As far a being a user for 1 day, I can accept that comment as valid. I was simply looking at this from a new user "usability" perspective. If the site and app are not user friendly, and/or don't meet the user's needs, the new users will shortly become an inactive account and the feedback that drove them away will never make it into the tools.

Thanks,
Moose

One suggestion for GasBuddy app. I would like the 'sort by price' option for my favorites. Thanks.

Yeah, because CTRL-End is such a pain, isn't it?

Gotta agree with Michael. Get the lay of the land and that can't be done in one day.

#1 - A user configurable option would be nice. As a work around, you can create a list of favorites, click on your list of favorites and bookmark that page. If you go to that bookmarked page, you will see your favorites.

#2 - This is possible on the android version of the app. Either you are using another version which does not support this or you aren't using it right.

With all due respect, you've been a member for ONE day. Why not give yourself a chance to get used to it before suggesting it be changed.

This suggestion has been added to the Suggestion Tracking List as a new topic on two* existing subjects.

----
*#1 - Essentially requests user configuration of one's home page.
#2 - Requests functional equivalency of the mobile app to the full site with respect to an FSL.
