When trying to access the gas buddy app on my android app this evening, I received this message: "Unfortunately, gasbuddy has stopped". I have tried it several times, uninstalled and re-installed it, reset my password, but to no avail. Any suggestions?

The Mods claim to have fixed this problem around noon today - see their comments here.

Seemed to work mostly this evening, but I did have some unexpected time outs. Could be my connection but normally no problems in that area. I will assume the connection timeouts today were "burps" and nothing really wront.

Had the same problem on my Galaxy Android this morning. Went to settings/Apps and force stopped GasBuddy app. Restarted app by selecting from screen and works fine now.

Just a note - I have been traveling out of town - anyone else on road when this happened?

I went out on the streets to grab some numbers/prices and confirm it's working good here.

Are you guys ok there now?

It's working for me now (not crashing any more like yesterday). The GB folks emailed to say they have updated/fixed something (maybe on their side because the app revision looks the same).

But I have not gone to harvest some prices yet this morning :)

Yeah, broken for me too. HTC First on ATT I'll clear the cache and it will work until I minimize or close. If I try to use it again it will crash.

I noticed some updates being pushed out to Google apps yesterday. Not sure if that had anything to do with it

Same here. Samsung Galaxy SIII on Verizon. Started crashing yesterday. At least that's when I first noticed it.

Sorry for the duplicate - got error message but it apparently posted both with the error and the second try. Pages not loading completely. ONLY for me on the forums in Gasbuddy - no other problems on other websites.

I have the same problem on android too. I finally figured it happens when the GPS activates to search for the nearby stations. I have also cleared the cache/data, uninstalled/reinstalled but it's still crashing:( It started around 11 hours ago. Help! I can't quit using this GB app cold turkey style!
