After you submit a price, there is a thank you message that appears at the top of the screen, shifting the list of stations down one space (the message occupying the space required for one station). After a few seconds, the message is removed, shifting all the stations up one space. If you are trying to report a second station immediately, as your finger is headed for the second station, the list may move up one and you are now opening the wrong station.

If it is possible to place the thank you message at the bottom of the screen, when the message is removed the stations won't shift up, but instead the list would just get longer.

R-C: When you have reported prices for one station and are crossing the street to the next one, you can't stop in the middle of the street to do anything. The best you can do is get the 2nd station in before the 3rd one comes along.

This is similar to my "make a purchasable ad-free app for those willing to buy it" suggestion, but I suppose I shouldn't go there. I would only agree with this complaint in so far as the slide down banner should cover and not move the rest of the page, not displace it.

CK you type to fast, that's all there is to it. Slow down and enjoy a sip of your favorite beverage and enjoy that well deserved "Thank You"

Once again, we see that there are differences between the different apps. When talking about a mobile app functionality we should be mentioning which apps we are talking about.

Is there a list of differences between the mobile apps? Now THAT might be more useful than a list of suggestions of anything thrown at the wall to see if it sticks.

I know that each OS has it's own quirks and limitations on programming and it requires functionality to be customized to fit those differences, but it would be nice if there was a stronger correlation between the APPS. That said, it is my understanding that apps working differently between OS models is not unique to the GB apps, but can be seen in many other apps to various degrees.

I've experienced the same annoyance on the iPhone app and agree this would be a nice change - either get rid of it completely or change it so that it doesn't move the station list.

On the Android the thank you message doesn't move anything down. It briefly covers the grade tabs then goes away and it doesn't prevent you from tapping another station to report.

I don't use a smart phone, but I've had similar annoyances with layout changing just as I'm typing or clicking something. I bet with a little thought one could design the acknowledgement so that neither its appearance nor its disappearance would interrupt the user.

I imagine that most people, through instinct, look at the top of the page or the top of the screen rather than at the bottom.

For the second or so it takes for the "Thank you" to disappear, it doesn't seem like it's that important an issue, even if you wanted "to report a second station immediately". Maybe I've just got too much time on my hands but it seems that even if I wanted to report a second price immediately that the current "delay" isn't an irritant. If it is, then why not suggest removing the "Thank you" completely rather than posting it "out of the way".
