I'd like to see the ability to mark a station to a "Favorite", or "My Stations" list, and then when I'm looking for the best gas price, be able to only display "My Stations", and still be able to sort by Price or Distance.

Normally, when you refresh your list, you only see all the stations near your current position, but I know that on my way to work, for example, there are certain stations that I drive by, but they are not showing up on my list because they are currently too far away - or they are too far down on the list.

Must of us when driving to a destination are typically going to always take the same route - either by choice, or no other choice, so seeing that a station x miles from you in the wrong direction, or "inconvenient" direction has cheaper gas, doesn't really help at that moment.

Thanks,
Mike Bailey

Sorry, I stand corrected--my post applied to the Android app. I did not realize FSLs are missing from other versions. You'd think it might be sensible to have the apps be as similar as possible across platforms.

I know the Android app does, but the iPhone app does *not* have an FSL option. I dont' know about the Windows phone or Blackberry.

If you set up a FSL for all the stations on your way to work you would be able to see what the current prices are for all of those stations. That would actually solve your quandary.

This suggestion has been added to the Suggestion Tracking List as a new topic on an existing subject and a new subject.

This is actually two suggestions:
1. Add FSL functional equivalent for the mobile app.
2. Sort FSL by price or distance (vs. alphabetical). While sorting by price could also be applied to the full site, sorting by distance could only be achieved via the mobile app, which has GPS.

It seems clear that the original poster is referring to the mobile app (or mobile website) rather than the full website, because features such as viewing "all the stations near your current position" do not exist in the full website.

As far as I am aware, the mobile app does not have the exact combination of features that Mike wants. You can create favorite stations lists, but these lists have a static order and are not sortable by price or distance. You can also create saved searches of all the stations in or near a particular city, and these lists can be sorted by price and distance, but I don't think there's any way of having a saved search just include specific stations within the city.

I would suggest that the best Mike can do with the currently available features is create a favorites list with the stations on his usual route in the order in which he passes them. (He could create a separate favorites list for the opposite direction of travel if desired.)

You are not being clear. Is this suggestion for the website or the mobile application?
