Put an option right after you log in on the mobile site for reporting prices.

I have a dumb phone and don't bother with the web on the phone except when traveling for work and have been on a travel break.

Reporting prices is more difficult and you don't have access to Favorite Stations Lists.

Seems pretty easy and intuitive to me. Or you saying you have a different problem?

On the Android app when you are on the home page, tap the "Find Gas Near Me" icon and you will get a list of stations. If you want to access you favorites, tap the "Favorites" icon.
