No; im not opposed at all to the mobile site (which i simply dont use anymore) not to the app. I do, in fact, use the app for the iPhone to post gas prices. It's a simple on-the-go way to do a primary function I just find ac easing the full web site easy and using it inclusive for uses beyond the simplicity of the app (a virtue of the app, in my opinion).
I didn't disparage the suggestion, just asked about alternatives already in pla e.

Saved searches would be useful in routine travels providing another helpful dimension in locating and saving stations along an occasional route without having to set up another favorite group.
This seems like another good suggestion for the app programmer who could address this in the next version without underming the integrity of the GB server system.
Suggestions for app improvement seem more likely to be addressed.

Since the app is primarily used to report and search for prices, this would simplify its primary function and would be an improvement.
Using your logic, both the mobile site and app should be abolished since you could always fire up the full site.

while I have no opinion pro-or-con regarding a suggestion for searches on the app (though I'm a believer in simpler-would-be-better), and I don't use the mobile version (I use my browser to access the full site), wouldn't/couldn't accessing the full site from the mobile device's browser suffice?
Not shooting down the suggestion; just asking.
