While I'm using the web application, each time I click a new link, it opens a new tab. I've had as many as 10 tabs open. Suggest replacing target="_blank" with target="_self" in the source code unless navigating to a page that is not a GasBuddy page.

So we can now get back to gas price posting as we've been doing all along. Right?

Thanks! As a developer myself, I can't believe I overlooked that. lol

The only one that I noticed that continues to open a new window is clicking on the login name. I don't see any benefit to having it open a new tab but that's my personal preference. I like the site either way.

That is a setting on your browser, not this site.

While a few links I tried did open a new tab, many did not. To increase my understanding of your suggestion, would you please provide a list of the links you feel would benefit from this change?
