I propose that any app update, when made available, result in an article in the What's New section, to include at a minimum a simple list of the changes made, whether improvements, fixes or what have you.

I propose that any app update, when made available, result in an article in the What's New section, to include at a minimum a simple list of the changes made, whether improvements, fixes or what have you.

The App Store automatically offers upgrades as they are made available and tells you what changed.

And, since the What's New had NOTHING anywhere new, it sort of fell off my radar. I think it is not just help, but more of new announcements and could be made more prominent.

Let's try again. Perhaps a bunch of technical detail would be too tedious for a What's New article, but I believe that the very fact that an update has occurred is prime grist for that mill. Technical details could be announced separately and linked from WN as suggested here.

Something like "What's New - updated 11/01/12".
