From the gas buddy mobile page whenever I tap on anything all I get is a blank page, this has been going on for the past 4 days. Is anyone else experiencing this problem?

Try clearing the cache on your mobile browser. Try these steps:

1) Go to Settings
2) Go to Applications
3) Go to Internet Explorer
4) Click/tap Delete History

After this try accessing the Mobile Site again. We tested this on a Lumina 900 and confirmed that it is working.

"there isn't an app for my phone"

GasBuddy offers mobile apps across four major mobile platforms (iOS, Android, Windows Phone, and BlackBerry).

Let me know if you have any further issues.

The "or both" reference is something I had not considered before. What is the effect of having two paths? Does something choose the best one, or what?

We haven't been receiving any feedback through the iOS app describing this problem, are you using an iPhone or an iPod Touch?

Are you connected to cellular data, a WiFi connection, or both when this happens?

Are you using a GasBuddy mobile website, instead of an app (easily confused by some)? There are two separate versions of the mobile site, there is a version that is designed similarly to the app (the GasBuddy Touch site, has a graphic user interface), and then there's the "old" mobile site (has more of a list-type appearance).

With more information we may be able to provide further assistance.

chambleetiger, the iPhone app doesn't require you to log in each time - if it is doing that to you, it likely needs deleted and reinstalled.

As others have said, in order to provide assistance, you need to provide more information about your device and the operating system, etc. However, something you may want to do is delete the Gas Buddy app and reinstall it, ensuring you have the most up to date app on your device.

In any event, regardless of what happens (good or bad in using the app), please keep people here informed so they know the value of their help.

Moderators should move this topic to the Talk Back To Us discussion category for topic consistency. (Just my opinion.)

Everything has been working fine for me on the iPhone app. A few more details might help:

Are you using the mobile version of the website, or one of the smartphone apps? Which phone, carrier and mobiel OS are you using?
