Instead of wasting time using CK's wiki, just start a topic on your local site (or see if one exists) and post the info there. You will get better results that way.

For newbies wishing to hand off station data to a senior in order to add it to the MSL, use this modified edit page to gather it.

To add to what Gas_Buddy said about your FSL - you can also break it into sub categories - so you could name one as your Favorites, and another as your "Others post to". I have mine split to north county and south county.

"Agreed; I frequently use the Cumberland Farms on SR 54 & Foggy Ridge and have to manually enter the station info each time..."
I'm gonna guess bobbyfingers means he has to open the door to the station since he has been a member for over two (2) years and only earned just over a day in points.

Just for clarification, just because a station is on your "Favorites" list doesn't mean it's one of your favorite stations. It's not as if other members can see which stations you like or dislike (i.e., which stations are among your favorite locations). All "favorites" refers to is to identify those stations that you may post prices for most frequently; if you want, consider "Favorites List" to read "Stations I Frequently Post Prices For".
The Favorites List of stations...the ""Stations I Frequently Post Prices For" list is simply what you're asking for, an easier way of adding prices. That's all the "favorites" list is.

That sounds like you're posting the price after the price listing has been automatically deleted (prices are deleted 12, 24, 36, 48, or 72 hours after they're posted/updated, depending on the Gas Buddy website in which the prices are posted).
What you could do to save yourself time is to make the Cumberland Farms station a "favorite". As a "favorite", the station will appear towards the bottom right of your home page (in a "Favorites List" area, and you can simply post the prices into the information-already-listed entry for that station.
If that's confusing, let us know and we'll walk you through the process.

As Gas_Buddy indicated, you need to prove yourself by posting sufficient prices to get your car. So, in the meantime, post the info in your local forum where there will be some that can update the MSL. In doing so, you might find that there is other good local information in your local forum.

There is such a method. But you can't use it.
Certain features on the site are not available until you've achieved a bit of seniority (10k points, which takes about a week if you post prices diligently, maybe a month if you're stuck at home). This is because there have been problems with vandals in the past, and it's not feasible for the very small GasBuddy staff to take time to vet each new member.
If you'd rather not wait for your own seniority to trigger, you could try posting the station info here, or to your local forum. The latter might be a better choice since people might be hesitant about adding a station that they haven't observed first-hand, and the folks who have seen it first-hand are more likely to be reading the SC-specific forum.
