I believe a few key (& updatable)information data would grately help travellers, particularly if you're going through an unknown city, state or province, such as:

- in the station address: a full phone number (including area code) which I think would ease access to "help situations - of all sorts";
- in the "Comments" input cell:
a box to check for self serve of full service availability (and surcharge fee if any); [surchage OK with me as stations that do provide that service would typically need an extra employee]
a box to check for available services such as: mechanic on duty (day time or 'available' full time on request), car wash, towing service,and a tad more space for comments.
I can appreciate that adding additional 'input boxes' implies non-trivial software changes - but maybe, just more space for comments info might alleviate that problem. Ditto for the Phone number input under the 'station address' input entry block.
