We need a way to proactively report "No Fuel" for each type of fuel offered at a station. This is different from "No-one has reported a fuel price recently" or "This station is out of business." The old "9.99" might work in the short term, (until prices get higher!!) It would also sort nicely, keeping the stations out of fuel at the bottom of the list.
The current NJ/NY situation is a clear call for this fix.
