There should have an ability to change your home site without having to 'Contact Us.'

This suggestion has been added to the Suggestion Tracking List as a new topic for an existing subject.

The misuse of a member-selectable home site could easily be prevented by limiting the use of the feature by time. Once you change, you would be stuck with it (for a certain time period or until a certain number of points were earned by reporting from that site), after which you could move to another site. Easy peasy lemon squeezy.

I just have one question for LushMelody: Have you been known to purr?

The moderators have stated (in the distant past) that the reason for not making it automatic is to discourage members from site-hopping so that they can be at the top of the scoreboard in each of several locales. I'm not sure how likely that is -- but since the moderators seem to be OK with doing it by hand, and they generally do so in a timely manner, I figure the status quo is working just fine.
