An awesome way to experience food with friends and family in a casual way anytime you get the urge to munch on something yummy.

Tell us your experiences in your City, or parts of the country where you have come across this "new religion".

I have had nothinn' but good food and lots of fun while doinn' it.

I live in Austin, Texas where there are a TON of food trucks now and they have a ton of good food. My favorite is Cowbells, which makes a fantastic burger, possibly the best I've ever had.

Also in the part of town where I live, there are 2 food truck parking lots now. Basically it used to be a parking lot and now it's a congregation of food trailers.

The place that I associate with "unsafe" is Jack in the Box and that happened in the previous millennium. Now, they're probably the safest place to get a hamburger.

Monday, I was driving through Houston on I-45 I came across Bernie's Burger Bus. It was in a converted school bus and had a big shiny vent on top. Seems it is a food truck that gets a lot of press attention in the Houston area.

Tons of food trucks in downtown Mpls. Several i have tried have been fabulous. St Paul has a few, but not as many. Food trucks are every where. Local breweries. companies, food truck festivals.

We tried several of the Korean food trucks while in the Los Angeles area. The food was OK, but the lines one had to stand in were horrendous.

Chip trucks are a part of the landscape in the rural parts of the province, and they usually do fish as well. So nothing new about that at all!

The Mothership Truck is an old truck that is not reliable. You have to check the Facebook page every morning to see where it is going to be and to read the menu. Some days it was down for repairs, but people who had tried the food gave good reviews on Mothership Truck's Facebook page. I decided to try it. A young boy took my order and when I paid him he said he didn't have change. This was a little before 12:00 noon. I was told that they hadn't gotten any change yet for that day. He came up with some change and as I was leaving I noticed someone in line had a $20 bill. Don't know if he got any change. The food was ok. Would like to have tried something else but after my experience decided not to go back. Haven't checked Facebook to see if Mothership Truck is still running. Now I'm curious. Will do that today.

And....I find the Foodies are the best in the Greater Orlando Area over the ones here in Miami.
