Doesn't Gerald (bump your head) Ford fall into the less intelligeng group? Do you really think Ronald Reagan ran the country or would George Shultz have been president had he not been so ugly? Reagan slept for 8 years. Meanwhile Shultz was 1 of our greatest presidents.
