I have today "de-buddied" the guy, and I intend to check much more closely in the future when I get a buddy request. Your thoughts?

I won't be "collected" if I can help it. I have today "de-buddied" the guy, and I intend to check much more closely in the future when I get a buddy request.

So should I assume that you do not disagree with the topic? Arguing two different terms or ideas (apples and oranges) is the definition of an absurdity argument. How can you disagree with that? You're awfully sensitive to bullying and it appears that you're seeing bullying where it doesn't exist. Maybe I'm missing what you're seeing.

There are more than a few unfriendly sorts lurking within gb topics that enjoy taking cheap shots just short of a personal attack. I don't always follow the crowd and neither should anyone else. Why, because it reminds me of bullying.

Maybe my perception is off, too, as I didn't see any of that as humorous --- especially not the talk about Zook, which is completely beyond the pale of my understanding. Whatever else you have to say, please explain that one.

If you have a complaint about a fellow gb hit the "report abuse" button or put them on ignore. You do not want to be seen as the grouch hollering at the kids that walked on your grass. "Garbage collectors", I have a better opinion of my fellow gbs than that. Check the medicine cabinet and see if you can find something to settle your nerves down.

I don't accept every request but I have 132 friends. It is not against the rules to be a buddy collector. If you find a buddy collector you don't like put him or her on ignore. He was just a lonely old dood who was unable to do much of anything else. When he sent me a buddy request, we talked a little and I finally decided he was okay. The "Jeep" guy, though, right NOW on his own whiteboard is bragging about topping 4,000 buddies in a short time. That's just sickening to me....especially when he tried to collect Zooknoone. Oh, well....I just hope I don't get into trouble with the hall monitors for posting this thread. SOMEBODY will probably call it "baaaaaaaaaaaaaad."
