IMHO, the Jamaican red beans and rice would have been better without the red beans.

Kroger. I bought three half-size jugs of OJ on sale for $5. Like most food in Texas, there was no sales tax.

l seldom go there and now l remember why-- Lucky's market. l bought a slice of Cook's ham there and tho the use by date is still over 2 weeks away, it is soured and barely edible. lt isn't worth $4 worth of gas to go back to return it as it cost me $3.62. l don't have a Luckys market near me and l don't miss it.
l scrolled down and not one person mentions Luckys although Albertsons is mentioned an l think they are partners. Same corporation?

Kroger. I spent $48.85. Only $0.44 of it was sales tax, my BFF wanted candy. Should have bought another cheesecake because (IMHO) it's tastier and it's not taxed. She got upset because I ate "too much" (whatever that is) of the cheesecake. I will say I did eat too much because my body rebelled later on.

Kroger. I'm considering going to HEB, as they usually seem to be the only place that has the ingredients used in my BFF's cooking and she wants to make me dinner if I'll buy the ingredients. I will likely have to go down nearly every aisle at least once.

Kroger. Where else would a Kroger shareholder shop? (I do go to HEB when I want stuff only HEB has, and I also go to Target and Walmart because I also own their stock. But I find shopping at Walmart to be an ordeal.)
