had to get gas at Sheetz, so I got breakfast there, too. I had this flatbread sandwich with maple flavored chicken sausage, caramelized onions, cheddar cheese, and an egg white. Then, I also had an breakfast burrito with some kind of cheese sauce with western veggies (green peppers, ham, onions, etc.) and a hashbrown. I should of went with one thing. It got a little expensive for all that.

Some reason couldn't get back to sleep around 5 this morning. So, I heated up the leftover Mexican lasagna I had for supper last night. (If you want to call that "breakfast." However went back to sleep around 9 for a little while.

attempted another one of those Jimmy Dean Delightful turkey sausage, egg white and cheese on croissant sandwiches. I had them in my fridge, but I don't know if I kept it in there too long. The package says no more than 3 days, but don't remember when I put them in there. They're sold frozen, but you can store them in the fridge, too. I also had a couple things of this yogurt called Noosa. It is an Australian-type which is thick like Greek yogurt. Funny thing it is made in Colorado not Australia!

Caught one of those "fall-like" colds, so I slept through church (not at church.) Afraid to eat anything because I might hack it up. (Sorry for the gross detail.) Feeling better now as of the time I posted this.

nothing since I was sleeping and don't have to go into work til 4.

However, I am baking some BBQ chicken drumsticks in the oven as I type this. Hopefully they'll get done in time to nibble on some before work or I have to eat them when I get home.
