Both our vehicles have a low fuel light that come on when you are low in gasoline in your tank....

Does your vehicle have this low fuel light and have you seen it much through the years with your vehicle.....

I find that the light get the most use around town on my Accord.....

I know it should be the gas gauge that get my attention not the light....

One thing with this light I have never run out of gas....

I like having this option as I use it a lot in the winter months.....

I seem to notice the light much more than the gas gauge......

It should the other way around, I know.......

FrankLee1 says " Yes, and I frequently run it down to where it comes on before treating the car to a complete fill."

FrankLee1 you do what I do but you do it that way because you choose to do it that way......glad it works for you that way......

Myself on the other hand do this because I don't pay enough attention to the gas gauge only the light which catches my attention most times......

This light is a real good item to have as a option because it catches your eye much more than the gas gauge does.....

I know I am guilty of this observation........

"yes i wait to refuel till it down come on "

I never wait for the light to come on to refuel but it seems to always happen that way...........

I notice the light much more than the gauge it seems.......

I sometimes worry that I might be doing damage to the vehicle letting the fuel go so low for the light to come on......

I usually drive mine until the low fuel light comes on (50 miles to go on the trip computer, but I once drove from Galveston Island to the Harris County line and the trip computer said I only burned enough gas to go 12 miles).

Last time I refiled (Sunday morning), I took care of two birds with one stone. Emptied my bladder and filled my gas tank.
