Both our vehicles have a low fuel light that come on when you are low in gasoline in your tank....

Does your vehicle have this low fuel light and have you seen it much through the years with your vehicle.....

yes, usually fill up at 1/2 tank, never seen it come on, except when i start it

eB40, I can't say that.....I notice the low fuel light on my dash many times since owning our cars....never read about in the owner manual.......

I usually drive mine until the low fuel light comes on (50 miles to go on the trip computer, but I once drove from Galveston Island to the Harris County line and the trip computer said I only burned enough gas to go 12 miles).

Last time I refiled (Sunday morning), I took care of two birds with one stone. Emptied my bladder and filled my gas tank.

MeTaBall, I sure can't say that myself since I have seen it much over the year..........................

I never watch the gas gauge all that much but this low fuel light gets my attention right away..............

My Accord has had this light going a lot over the past year.....

I notice the light but never seem to watch the gas gauge all that much for short trips.............

It seems that I notice the light much more than the gas gauge for town driving.....

On trips I watch the gas gauge more......................

Both our Honda vehicles have this feature....great having it....just in case you are not looking at the gas gauge all that much, which I am guilty of.....

You never miss seeing the light..................

yes, but I've never driven the car that low, I fill up at 1/4 tank. Manual states 2.3 gallons on the subaru forester.
