Driving slowly in the passing lane is a passive-agressive form of road rage. And it drives me up the wall.

I don't even like driving slow in the slow lane, around here you still get run over by folks going 15-20 over the limit.

It is stupid to drive slow in the fast lane and dangerous too. In Germany on the autobahn it is a personliche beleidigung (personal insult) and drivers get very angry. It is not done. Like in Germany pull over when someone comes up fast in fact you are only supposed to be in the fast lane if you are passing a slower vehicle.
Drive slow in the slow lane!!!

Left lane, fast. Here's a good rule. If you are driving in the left lane know matter how fast you are going, move over if someone is coming up behind you faster than you are going. It doesn't matter if you are going 65 or 80 get over. Most Tennessee drivers do that.

No..when I drive across Ohio there's always one or two doddling along at 65 in the left lane and I eventually just fly past on the right. They don't seem to get it.

I like to pass those slow people in the right lane and cut back in front of them.

To i35babe: We need the DPS to do some work in Ontario. Our left lanes look like they have been invaded by flocks of sheep.

"Like to"?
No, I don't like to, but, if forced because of someone in front of me, then, yes, I do until such a time as they either move over, or it is safe for me to pass them and get by them.

Oh my goodness - do you have some type of death wish? The paper usually reports everyday, on someone going 40 pulling out into a lane where everybody (big rigs included) are doing 70 or more. This not the proper way to make "little flat Dallas pancakes" ....

Why would someone do that? DPS can pull you over for that here.
