Do your headlights shutoff automatic after vehicle is turn off...

I don't use this feature all that much with my Honda Accord.....

When you turn the vehicle back on, the lights come on automatic again.....

Great for those who leave their headlights on.......

Do you have this feature which is quite common in vehicles today and do you use it much...................

Our newest car has auto headlights, but I don't use it much myself. Wife uses it a lot more.

weddy11 says " No, not until the batter goes dead."

weddy11 , you gave me chuckle with you comment but I know the feeling...

It happen to me with my wife older 2001 Civic that she had......

I used it and left the headlights on by mistake and kill the battery....

We never found about my mistake until my wife wanted to use her car and found out than what had happen.....

Just because your wife knows what happen never lessens what you will hear about it.....many times over...lol...

I think this option is one option that is a benefit to own since there are no more dead batteries from leaving the headlights and also the headlights staying on to show you the way.............

Headlights Java an auto mode that turns them on when it gets dark enough out, and delays turning them off when car is shut down.

decades ago boarded a train for New York in East Stroudsburg, PA, at 515 AM... returned about midnight to find I had left lights on, car deader than Milton Berle... wife and I spent night, therefore, in Notel Motel, perhaps first married couple ever to stay there...
that's sort of an argument AGAINST automatic shutoff, it's given us a lot of great laughs down through the years...
