wow how ironic! My 1972 MGB GT (my avatar) is the BEST vehicle I've ever had - completely sorted out, tough, simple, service/fix-at-home, and reliable as a little rock! It's strictly for traveling, over 10,000 highway miles in 2 yrs w/ NO trouble! :-)
Of course I take great caution to feed it only ethanol-free fuel

worst truck ... '94 Isuzu pickup, wheezing, spindly-legged, ill handling, brake-failing piece of tin foil - glad they got forced out of the US.
worst car ... '84 Mercury Marquis (mid size not grand Marquis), more electric and ignition failures than I could stand, and I'm fairly patient lol.

1987 Buick Park Avenue. Someone replaced the engine, with the wrong year engine. It never would run right, the AC compressor was wore out, steering rack froze up, torque converter went out, fuel pump quit and I parked it. Sold it for junk a few years later.
(But the best car I ever had was a Buick LeSabre.)

1976 Thunderbird.
It was painted green, but it should have been painted yellow. As you might have guessed, the thing was a lemon.
The worst driving car I ever had was a Ford Windstar. That thing wallowed and drifted all over the road. Took it in to be looked at and they gave me another one just like it to drive. It did the same thing.
Now, I have nothing against Fords-- it's just that after owning several, I rate them somewhere between a Crosley and a Yugo.

That's I tough one. I have owned several. The 1973 Fiat Spider that I owned in the mid 80's had all kinds of issues, especially electrical. I had two different Chevy Citations that were bad. I also had a 1970 Opel GT in the mid 80's that was a challenge to keep running.
I posted this and then read some other posts. It's interesting that two others mentioned Fiat and one other mentioned the Chevy Citation! lol

I've owned three Chrysler products and they were all junk. From a 1979 to a 1996 model. Just worthless. Never buying another Chrysler/Dodge product.

AMC Ambassador - Although it was a "party" tank, it broke down all the time (it was my parent's old car), coming in second was a Ford LTD II - great looking interior but again this car spent as much time being repaired as it did on the road IE FORD (Fix Or Repair Daily) it certainly lived up to that

2011 Ford F-150. It had electrical gremlins that couldn't be fixed (traction control system). I finally ended up with a lemon law case against Ford.

1. 1980 Ford Mustang with 4.2L V8, only because of the lack of a 5.0 motor. 2. 1997 GMC Jimmy SLE: poor mileage, wishy washy suspension.

Never owned a Worst truck as far as looks/performance,the first truck I drove was a 1952 Dodge panel, It rode, braked, steered, well but was a little underpowered a bit top-heavy,wanted one in pick-up form to customize.
Worst car was ugly, rinkydink, had a household interior twotone vivid color, but for $75.00 I got by for 6 months with a cost of another $75.00 to get it running,a tub on wheels, not even an exhaust cast manifold....

76 Chevy Chevette Everything on the car was bad. The day I picked it up from the dealer, the T-handle for the auto-trans came off in my hand!Engine had head gasket issues all the time Seat Back broke, Brakes had problems and wore out in 15,000 miles. Calipers froze on all 4 wheels. JUNK! JUNK! JUNK! Went and traded it in for a 76 AMC Hornet which game me 250,000 of good service.

1980 Buick Regal that was worked on by the previous owner, and done poorly. I had it from mid-September of 1988 to Christmas of that year and it swallowed half a case of oil and a full case of transmission fluid.
I thought it quite appropriate that on the trunk lid the "BUICK" logo was broken and only read "ICK".

The worst one that I owned was a 2007 Chevy 2007 Duramax. It was the first year of added emissions standards on the diesel. I had more problems with it. It let me set 3 times in 25000 miles. I traded it for a 2011 Chevy Duramax and love the new truck. There is not comparison between the 2.

My T-Bird. 79 or 80 can't remember. I had to drive with two feet because it stop running at the stop light or stop sign when I came to a complete stop. It also did not have a true oil filter because it smoked after I stopped and parked to my destination.

Kia Rio was in 3 accidents in 2 1/2 years....just a bad luck car. Also had a Chev Lumina and like contiki had mentioned it was a money pit...constant problems with the rear calipers seizing up...had to replace a head gasket, big job , not cheap...one of the rear doors would open on multiple occasions....

When I was in England it was a 1956 Ford Poplar that a Renault could pass and then change gears. It burned about as much oil as gas and constantly needed tires due to their slanted roadways over there. I think I sold it for $20 back in 1966 just to get rid of it.

Toss up between Chevy Citation (multiple computer replacements) and Pontiac Grand Am (once a blown head gasket, the other time, left my wife stranded in Georgia).
