No I don't; My main reason is that every vehicle in motion coming at you in the opposite lanes have the potentials to take you out, missile style.

Any head-on collision at any speed is like;.... well you ought to at least know by looking at motorized wreckage displayed usually at Public Crusades for Safety.(annual Fair Events)ETC.

Motorists who like to speed, some are very capable, just like a good repairman, body shop guy/team, Doctor/surgeon, and the list goes on......

I just think for the dedicated L E Officer on duty and main purpose is to save anyone's life, often risking their own in doing so, then the Flashing High Beams.... bit is an injustice to their efforts same as a "Slap on Their Hands"....

Wrecking Yards hold much evidence not always automotive parts of the sever results of any Errors covering all aspects of mostly Human Errors when driving.... Faults hang in limbo areas often(white/yellow pavement lines)!

It's all about trust in the other vehicles around your own, what driver can you trust to do a swell job constantly in motion.......HABetterDAY!

Jackson126 says " Most of the time unless they are driving a BMW "

Jackson126, I know what you mean and have felt the same about expensive vehicles going over the limit.....they get no help from me......

I figure they don't need a break from a ticket and they can afford paying for being over the speed limit....

I have found many expensive vehicle drivers think they owe the roads already.....this I find every day in driving......

rando991 says " In some states it's illegal, but was recently challenged and the state lost, because how can you determine a person's intent when they flashed their lights. I do this to warn drivers of deer near the sides of the road all the time. I would fight that ticket in court if they tried to ticket me."

I agree with you rando991....I think it can be challenged in court......
