1) Sitting much too close to the steering wheel
2) Following traffic too closely
3) Not fully paying attention
4) Not adjusting to changing road conditions
5) In-car distractions

Someone pulling out in front of you from a side street like they're in a hurry, then they can't get out of their own way.

I agree, Left Lane bandit, at the same speed as the middle and slow lane, is most annoying

No using turn signals, stopping at stop signs - basic things like that. One of my biggest pet peeves though is unnecessary braking and tailgating.

Inattentiveness while driving, not using turn signals at every turn or lane change and constantly riding the brake. Another technique not used by many, but some is, accelerating just up to your rear bumper, dropping back and repeating the action over again. This also falls in line with tailgating which distracts you on a ongoing basis (e.g. how close the car is behind you versus what is ahead of you).

Staring down at the drivers lap every 30 seconds while in motion, dumbing it all... at going green traffic lights. Changing lanes after looking up,puzzled by "What are you doing in my space Look" Then both hands go up-in-the-air(palms up display, teeth gritting) Looks... Daily... Shades on or not!

Phone talking/texting, or going much fast than the speed signs that are posted, and putting make up on, going in and out of lanes all the way down the interstate, like a Speed Demon.

Going 20mph faster than traffic and weaving in and out. Good thing loaded firearms not allowed in vehicles. Maybe someday with lasers.
