Or is there something you wish you had? I wish my Tire Pressure Monitor System gave the exact psi per tire.

Check wikipedia; they're a popular styling element in 1950's front bumpers, they stick out like a couple of artillery shells. Or they resemble some other structure where they got their nickname...

Hi JimBlake56. No luck with Google so I will have to imagine it. As I will have to imagine installation and deployment. Imagination is my friend.

Depending on your car -- most alert lights, if not all of them, are important.

mileena & bluebird
There's a handful of cars that DO have low-coolant level warnings.

I have a Saab that surprised me with a low-oil-level warning. I happened to switch on the ignition while I was changing oil (wanted to look at the odometer). The warning said low-oil-level. I thought the car only had oil pressure warning.

yodudebc - articulated dagmars. (look up THAT reference ;)

They could extend & then spear a car & toss it aside. Sounds like something that would work in a low-budget satire of the transformers movies.

Sometimes I wish there were a device on my dash that would engage a dumpster-fork like apparatus to scoop up the car in front of me and toss it casually behind me.

Sometimes I really really wish I had such a device.

"I wish there was a low coolant and low power steering indicator. "

I think the reason they don't have them is because those fluids aren't suppose to disappear unless you have a leak.
