Two vehicles have two (one conventional and one digital). I also keep a 12 VDC tire inflator in my vehicles -- I had to use it last week when the TPMS light came on and I found a small nail in the tire. The tire guage came in handy as the tire pressure was only six pounds low and not readily visible. Good topic :-). MGY

I have Tire Pressure Sensors, and get occasional false positives. So it's worth checking once or twice a week. For the seriously dedicated, here's a review of some tire gauges from Car and Driver Looks like the kind of gear Houckster, titanic1985, or dontyouknowOH would keep in the car. #5, Accutire MS 4021B Standard Digital Tire Gauge, at $15.00 looks pretty good for my purposes.
