I'd never heard of the "hyvee gas program" so I looked it up. It is a typical rewards program which gives a gas discount for buying other products.
As with any program of the type, if you are going to buy the required product anyway (don't have the time to go elsewhere, would cause a travel delay to go elsewhere, etc) then the program makes sense.
If you are buying the product for a higher price than you normally would pay, and have easy access and time, then you need to compare the gas discount against the higher cost.
Programs like this are only "expensive" if you don't do your homework.

I see the "no child left behind" program was a big success in the Dayton area.

"yes,gas i just too high"

Sorry, but what does "...gas i just too high" mean?

As this is a category to discuss boycotts and "gasouts", are you saying "yes", there should be a boycott or a gasout? If so, there should be a boycott of what? Can you be a little more specific about what should be boycotted (if that's what your saying), and if that's what you're saying, what are your demands that need to be met (by whoever you're boycotting) so that you'll end your boycott?

Maybe you can add a little information to your original post.
