I agree with TXJEANS scoutmaster. Allowing new members to participate in existing threads (to get acclimated) but restricting them from creating new topics ( with exceptions for Just for Fun, Off Topic, How did you find us?). The restrictions would be similar to those already in place for updating the MSL, and whiteboards.

So - brooke, what are you wanting to suggest? That we all boycott Walmart, or Murphys (the gas station at Walmart) or what?
I am starting to agree with the suggestion made by others that those members that have not earned a car should not be able to start new threads....

Yes it is a place of retail however what is your point to only stating one word as a topic for discussion what are you asking or commenting.

This discussion category is for the discussion of boycotts and/or gasouts.
Not sure what you're asking or commenting on, or what it has to do in the Boycott/Gasout Talk discussion category. Are you suggesting that WalMart be boycotted for something to do with gas? Or are you asking if we can provide you information about WalMart's selling of gas?
