I own stock in Ford and Tesla. You should only buy from those two.

I was a Chevy guy until I bought a new 1974 Chevy Pickup. In the first two years, it rusted out. Since then I have bought Fords.

My first car was a 13 year old Ford was a 63 Falcon. My dad was always a GM guy. The Falcon had the strangest clutch in the world and it was really hard to drive. Since then my husband and I have owned a variety of Fords ranging from F100s to Mustangs. Every doggone one of them used oil. Even the new Ford van we bought. Finally I fell in love with a Suburban and from there we shifted to GM products. Now we're back to ford with a E150 conversion van and an Explorer. They both run great and surprisingly do not drink copious quantities of oil. :-) We are looking for a new vehicle, and I'd like to get a Ford, but Subaru is calling me. I am looking for a mid-size AWD/FWD with room for TALL people and great gas mileage. The van is killing our budget. My mechanic buddies always testify that the GM 350 is the best engine in the world, if only it got 30 MPG...

I go with Ford..Ford moves forward, and updates there truck selection. With 2015 rolling around the bind. They've had added another option to there trucks. 2.7L V6* along with the 3.5L V6*, and the 5.0L V8. Both 2.7L and 3.5L are EcoBoost, which has proven to compete against Chevy's V8. The EcoBoost is turbo charge, which has shown that it doesn't take a V8 to haul a big payload. Plus, Ford as a HUGE advantage in the mountains. I think Chevy needs to go back to the drawing board and come with a new engine option to work in the mountains, cause that is killing them.

My father has owned both brands...never had issues with either. My first car was their hand-me-down Chevy....ran it until it could no more. Drove my dads Ford Escort for a while while in college and like it as well. My current car is a Chevy, Malibu. I love this car. This is the best car I've ever had for gas milage and I would happily buy another.

Have driven Ford all my life except 2 - 1966 Pontiac GTO's. I don't think there is any difference in Ford or Chevy. Both made in the good ole USA!

Used to drive only Ford and have switched to GM the last 8 years. Both are good; but I do favour GM now.
