I actually found it by doing a random (Im bored) search for cool apps to download on my phone..
GasBuddy was the #7 app on that list of 10 useful apps
then i must confess i went almost TWO WEEKS not knowing there was a website to go with it!
I drive all 48 Continental states and sometimes even up to Alaska so not only does it let me find fuel and where the stations are but I get to know what to expect for the cost when I get there

Frustrated with high gas prices, I decided to search "low gas prices in knoxville tennessee" and this site came up. I looked at the guidelines and all the legal stuff.

Just searching online to find money saving ideas about gas and found you guys. I'm into statistic kind of stuff and I right away became a fan of this site.
It's cool too because for the time being, I'm 3 doors away from a gas station.

I was using an iPod touch 4th gen with Gas-buddy app and started having problems posting prices on it. I was searching for a resolution to the problem and found this forum. Still having problems posting prices on iPod but can do it online now.

I saw Patrick DeHahn on the morning business show "Varney & Company" on the Fox Business Network. I pulled up the Web site later that day and really liked the site. I enjoy reading the blogs and posts and checking out the prices around the country.

I was always interested in cars, fuel, gas mileage, gas prices, stuff like that. So I found this site somehow online or maybe on TV during summer 2008 when prices were like $4+ a gallon.
