I have by accident hit the wrong number a couple of times. If I already have 5 posted I just re-enter that station with the correct price. If the first post was high, it will be replaced.

Post the CASH price as per the GB FAQ. Also, rules state the the 9/10 is assumed, so you don't round up the price.
This doesn't belong in this forum. This one is for "How did you find us?"

When I first joined up with Gasbuddy I didn't know how to post the gas prices properly, so I was omitting the last digit in the price. When someone would ask me the price of gas for instance, I would just automatically say $1.28 instead of the precise amount of $1.289. I always thought that was the way it was, but I now know different since it was so kindly pointed out to me. I never realized that I wasn't supposed to just round it off. I now know better and I thank Gasbuddy for making all of this information available to the public. I love coming on to this site to compare gas prices, post what I see at the pumps and also reading the articles. Great site :)

Sometimes getting a recite could help you notice before you leave the station. they might have just not changed the sign yet.
