In Mira Mesa on Camino Santa Fe, the owner posts Regular, Plus (Mid-grade), and Supreme. You are sold the Regular gas at the Supreme price unless you purchase the $5 dollar and up Car wash. So essentially, I should have chosen the Supreme gas since the price was the same. Very deceitful, especially at night where the sign, "with carwash" is concealed and unlit. How shysetee!

Posting "with wash" in small letters is common here. Recently, to add to the confusion, stations have been posting "with wash" prices in large numbers and the regular price in small numbers. Just have to be vigilant and check the price on the pump before fueling.

Isn't the final price on the pump?

Is there a reason you're telling Gas Buddy members across the United States and Canada that read this thread about a gas station in Mira Mesa, wherever that is? I doubt that most members here will know where the station is, nor care about it.

It might make sense if you posted it in your local San Diego discussion category. But even then, why anonymously tell them about a gas station that sells regular octane gas at an apparently Supreme grade price. If there's false advertising, why not say something to the gas station management or to Chevron (which franchises the station to the operator) or to local authorities who can do something. Your anonymous posting on an isolated website discussion isn't likely to make any changes, which is what I assume you want to happen.

Are you saying that you expected this from this isolated gas station in Mira Mesa? Or do you mean something else? If it doesn't surprise you, are you saying that you expected it to happen, and if so, why not post something in the San Diego discussion category to tell people they should expect this.
77/20155Moderators should move this topic to the San Diego discussion category.

Next time I head down to Tiajauna I'll try to remember not to shop at that store. Oh, wait a minute... I haven't been to Mexico in 20 years and probably won't again before I die. So you should probably post this in your local forum where people that might actually care will see it, rookie!
