I recently took a trip from California to Oklahoma and used the Trip Cost calculator feature on Gasbuddy, it blew my mind how accurate it was and lead me to the gas stations that were the best savings in that particular area, and they weren't crappy stations either, but once you get out of California, most gas stations compete and are close to the same price, the one thing that I didn't care for........ Gasbuddy had me get down to about 1 1/2 gallons in our gas tank between stops once, I went ahead and filled up and stopped at the scheduled gas station on the list, and low and behold, we would have made it, so....... AAAAAA++++++ to Gasbuddy.com!

It's almost as important as the on-line dating feature which I use a lot. Just wish they had more than the two girls signed up at present.

Agree, used it in the past and it was right on.
This feature and the Fuel Logbook I like the Best.

Just that feature alone is worth the price of admission to this site.

No wonder I am always having to replace my fuel pumps. I usually wait til I have about an ounce of gas left in my tank before filling up.

It is better to maintain 1/4 to 1/2 tank minimum if the fuel pump is located in the fuel tank. Helps keep it cool, improving service life.
