To be clear, there was no glitch on 3/8/2013 as thirty8paces indicated.
The 30 day rank is a list of users who have earned the most/maximum point credit in the last 30 days (975 points, 1075 available with weekly vote points).
You primarily only earn points by posting prices using the mobile app (750 points), and have an occasional forum message or weekly vote point earned. This is not enough activity per day to bump your point totals into the 30 day rank list.

Also, we do not have any point earning activity recorded for your username on 2/21/2013, which can also contribute to a loss of standing in the 30 day ranking list.

breaks in reporting in any 30 day period likely moves one out of the top 30. Just look at your 30 day total compared to the bottom of the list. Like others have noted, does it really matter??

what's more important? your rank or a fair price on fuel. My rank will not save me any money, but buying fuel at the best overall price will.

Who cares? Too many stooges on this site obsessed with their numbers. All it does is lead to posting bogus prices and posting in ridiculous threads for points. Why not just post gas prices for the good of the site and the benefit of your neighbors?

It's based on the points earned in the last 30 days.
The list is constantly changing.

Second, to answer your question: Your overall rank is irrelevant to the 30 day ranking list. Your 30 day rank is based on how many points you've "earned" during the past 30 days. Currently the list ends at 22,500 points, meaning that the in order to be on the list you must have earned at least 22,500 points (and it's entirely possible, as the list is limited to 10,000 Gas Buddy members, that there could be some members with 22,500 points that aren't on the list).
The question is, is how points have you earned in the past 30 days to justify your being on the list?
