Yeah, what hornet just said! Going up here in my area of California about every 3-4 days! My "neighborhood" Chevron dealer is at $4.299 but I don't buy from him. I filled up last night in Fresno at ARCO and paid $3.999. And to think the first gas I can remember putting in my grandpa's 29 Model A was 10 cents a gallon!!!!!

seems prices are dropping? You must be in the only place in North America where that is happening.

Oh, boy, another "what's happening to gas prices" thread?

So let's all re-post the same old gripes, whines, name-blames, conspiracy theories, "market analyses," that we see over and over and over and over.

Think I'll go over to GasBuddy suggestions and post, "Rookie authors are not allowed to contribute to threads until they've posted 100 prices and clicked onto 25 threads."

I'm guessing prices pass four bucks this summer.

Just wondering, but are you helping your fellow Grand Rapids Gas Buddy members by? posting gas prices, regardless of whether or not they're dropping?
As a nearly 10-year member of Gas Buddy, I would hope (expect?) that you would set an example for others, especially newer members.

And, what makes you think there will be a "spike", rather than a more gradual price increase?
