I don't make a special trip as going across town to pay bills. Instead I try to pay online or mail a check than going there. Also I have slow down I do about 5 or 10 miles slower than what is mark on roads. I don't use drive-thur at fast food resturants ( I don't eat much out now as I use too). I'll try to get something at home or do with out. Hey I've lost some weight since I stop shopping at fast food places.

Anyway, poverty is (really!) character building. So you're not going to fast food places--excellent! Take that time and money and improve your cooking skills and nutrition awareness. Much more satisfying.

They will use your handicap against you in a law suit, thereby possibly taking everything you have. You sound like a danger to everyone else on the road.

I'm looking at starting to cycle into work a few days a week and also work from home at least one day a week.

Sorry, but not having only one eye, and that one eye with not "to good visions" isn't a reason for the way the original post was written, but it's surely a reason you should not be telling us, in that same discussion, that you're driving on public roads. In my opinion. But, then, I guess it's ironic that you wrote: "I don't need telling me about my grammar not that good. Unless you walk in my shoes." Especially as the issue seems not to be "walking" in your shoes, but driving in your shoes.

I pay almost all my bills on-line. Postage rates are going up again. I skip some trips, postpone others, and make sure that I combine errands in a tight sequence when I go out. I just don't "run down to Home Depot" for a few items--it's 10 miles round trip! I work that errand in when I'm at the supermarket and where I can hit a couple of discount gas stations, etc. etc. Ben Franklin said, "Pay heed to the small expenses. A large ship will sink with small leaks!"
