There's one in my hometown. Still run by the same family. it was there when I was a kid - I went through school with the owner's kids. I can rattle off a few more. But as far as the ones where they pump gas for you, there are a lot of them around.

If you mean they don't allow self service fuel-ups that is NOT full service. If you mean they sell fuel and do repairs that's full service. One nearby Mutual station has all full service pumps, does repairs and inspections.

I think most people have become accustomed to fill their own vehicles now and probably the majority wouldn't trust anyone else to do it for them.
