Does the weather go up every time it looks like it's going to snow or be a snow storm? Is it just me?

Yes, the weather goes up each and every time it looks like snow. I've noticed the same thing here in Northern California.

I assume you're comparing gas prices and weather changes, so your question is, if you're paying for weather information, do you pay more if it looks like it's going to snow or if there'll be a snow storm. No, you're paying for a review of fixed information; that's an entirely different issue than if fuel deliveries are affected by weather, or by any other external reasons.

Or are you asking about something else?

Not sure what you mean, but I think you meant gas prices instaed of weather.

I'm not sure the weather goes up or even down for that matter. So I guess it must just be you!
