Don't budget for gas, just fill up when it needs it. About $40-$45 per fill up and Chevy Malibu

No particular budget, but just reduce trips when possible.

drive a midsize SUV, fill up about every 10-11 days, usually about 16-17 gallons depending on how low I let it get.

My F250 gets two tanks of Diesel a week currently at 3.98 a gal. I drive 40 miles a day to and from work
Our Routon gets one tank of E-0 Regular every two weeks
Sport Track gets a tank of either Regular E-0 or E-85 every month or two.
The F250 gets better MPG than the Sport Track.
