what about going inside to pay for your gas and there is a person at the counter that first pays for his gas then woops he forgot to get his cigs and now he has to run to the back of the store to grab a drink. after he pays for this he decides he want to buy lottery tickets. not to mention the whole time he is on his cell phone.

Seeing some elderly person struggling to get their car filled with gas & people just sitting there watching & not offerring to help. Or only pumping $10 worth of gas.
Occasionally I will go assist & also use my card to pay for it. You can usually tell by the car & the way they are dressed that they are struggling financially...their facial expressions is priceless.

I can't decide what's worse… being out of receipt paper or the thugs who play their rap music at top volume for everyone to "enjoy".
It's never a gray-haired dude blasting classic rock, or a young white tattooed guy blaring metal, or a middle aged woman blasting the station everyone can listen to, even the boss. Nope, it's thugs and rap music.
To make matters worse, the people who feel they need to share their music tend to congregate at the store with the cheapest gas prices, and this store also blares their own mix of oldies and advertisements via loudspeaker. So if I go there, I got Herman's Hermits in one ear and ho-sex & cop-killing in the other.
I don't go to that station much anymore. :)

I honestly have to say that nothing "drives you (sic me) crazy at the gas station". I always use a newly upgraded truck stop because they are the only station in the area that sells non-ethanol 87 Octane Regular. Their facilities include sixteen pumps, are always maintained (working pumps, register tape in the pumps, paper towels and squeegees with fresh water, etc.) and the facility is large enough to enter the pump area from either direction with or without a trailer. Due to enormous sales volume, their prices are among the cheapest in my area. I do go at off hours during the day (retired), so there isn't the congestion frequently found on Sunday at noon or sometimes on holiday weekends.
No, I don't mind my gas station :-). MGY

People who get gas and leave their vehicle at the pump then go into the shop to pay but take ages. If you know you are doing your weekly shop whilst in there can you please have the courtesy to move your vehicle from the pump first then go and pay.
