Since the forum posting has been "updated", it has been running a lot slower. Today, it takes over 2 minutes for one screen to update. Please fix this so it works like it did 2 months ago, when it actually worked correctly.

kwzh "stoneco, are you talking about the Web site or the smartphone app? I don't recall hearing anything about an "update" that was specific to the message forum."

Isn't it about 2 months since the template change on the main site?

stoneco - what operating system and browser? Are you having any slowness on the rest of the site besides the forum? Any other sites slow?

Interesting, I just tried to log into your Akron home site and it will not take my password. I was able to sign in to Columbus (had not signed into either previously).

I have no speed problems from my home site or several other distant sites.

It could be you computer or ISP. I haven't experienced this issue.

Try the usual: run a malware scan; clear your cache; clear your cookies; try another browser on the same computer; try another computer running the same browser; try blocking shockwave/flash objects; try blocking all ads.

The original post makes it seem like this has been an on-going problem ("...like it did 2 months ago"). For reference, since reading the original post, I've accessed Gas Buddy using Mozilla Firefox on one desktop computer, Google Chrome on a laptop, and Safari on an iPhone 4S, I haven't had any delays in screen updating.

What was described in the original post sounds like an individual computer/internet access/system problem rather than a Gas Buddy problem.

Sounds like an infected Windows computer. Or a broken Windows computer.
