Is there anyway to update gas stations with there new name. Something that really bothers me is outdated names of station. For example there is a station by me that use to be "clarks" but for at least 2.5 years now its been Shells. But Gas buddy still list it as Clarks. I know they can't update it right away, but just wondering is this something everyone is just use to?

You need 10K points to be able to edit the Master Station List (MSL). Given where you are now, you can achieve that in about 7 days if you max out your point earning potential (5 gas prices, 5 message posts, 5 news articles read and the opinion poll on a weekly basis).

You haven't enough tenure to allow you to make changes, that will come after you participate for a while. Until then, place a post in the Chicago forum, which will be right at the top of your forum listings when you are logged into the Chicago site, giving the address and particulars of the station (s), and a more senior member will be happy to check it out and make the changes.
