Sorry for any inconvenience. We experienced a temporary performance issue earlier this morning. This should be working properly now though. Thank you for your patience.

i checked the Ontario site and all is back to normal but the Ottawa site has broken "American" mapping features and the local Ottawa forum is NOT available.
Normally in Canada, since GB can't get a Canadian map, they have the features hidden that refer to a map. The "gas price map" and the button that you can click on beside any station's price posting are never there. Now they are there but there is no map and no price flags.

From 6:15 - 6:48 this morning I could not access the IndianaGasPrices site either from the app or my PC. I was curious to see if this was a localized problem and attempted to log on to sites in other states including: OH, MI, PA, VA, MO, WA, CA and DC. In most cases, a partial web page loaded and displayed a text message in red across the top of the page as follows:
"An error has occurred. Please let us know what you were doing when this error occurred. The ERROR ID is:...."
"Please email us HERE"
The error message figures were different for each site that I visited.
With regard to the app, it would open; however, it would not load any station or profile info during this time.

Similar to bytebug, I haven't experienced a problem using either my home computer (a netbook) or iPhone.
Similar to Scrapheap, I'm not concerned with a Commuter award (let alone any of the mobile app awards that will likely be asked about in new topics started as a result of this "outage".Side note to bytebug: Congratulations......tomorrow

It was definitely down this morning and it apparently effected the consecutive day counter. I wouldn't have noticed this, and don't really care, but yesterday was my 500th consecutive day and today still is.

Yes, the site was down! Unless you really think those of us in Indiana, and Oregon, and Manitoba were ALL using the same computer, or were using the same ISP!

I'm positive, the whole thing was down this morning from about 5:15 AM EDT to 8:15 EDT... I tried several sources, different hardware, and different sites... As I said, it has happened more recently and it would be nice to know if it's hardware, software, hacking, viral, infrastructure, etc... Some posters here act like the old geezers from the Muppet Show just posting nonsense instead of contributing to a real discussion... This is not a thread griping about points, days, whiners, etc... I hope GBs gets back to us and lets us know what's going on, who knows, maybe we can help?

bytebug, GB was down from 2:23AM to 5:15AM PST. I check JFF when it comes back to check the down time.
I also had emails from several GB's who couldn't access.

Are you sure it's the site that is down and not something on your end? I haven't had an issue getting to the site in years.

Heavens to Betsy! So many people are going to be cheated out of their Commuter Award. Oh the humanity!
