I want my 15 minutes back! I gave up watching the video. It's nothing more than an angry guy's rant!

Plus when I closed the page two popup messages came up "Wait! Don't leave this page!"

I'm not familiar with the ad, but it sounds like it's not likely to get the results he was hoping -- so, be content that the angry guy wasted not only his time in making the video, but also the price of a paid advertisement.

While I don't know what advertise you're referring to, what is it you want the moderators to do?

Not post advertisements that you consider a rant? Or not post an advertisement that is encouraging you to "not leave this page"?

Seems like, if you figured out it was "an angry guy's rant", you could have stopped watching the video long before 15 minutes.
