I contacted support through the link @BB app world 12/13 &explained the situation & told them I have a Curve 9330, but never got a response. So, today I've spent a considerable amount of time trying to find out if the issue has been resolved or not, & another thread in this forum is the 1st reference to the problem I've seen anywhere. Quite disappointed to see that it's been over a month since help was requested for this problem &that there was no resolution (or even any comment at all), yet the thread was locked.

Therefore I am here asking the obvious question, "is there a fix yet or will there soon be? And, if there is no work-around at all, can you at least offer a way of removing the latest upgrade &allow those of us experiencing the problem to roll back to where we were before we upgraded? From what I read, even deleting & reinstalling fails to work, so what do we do?
