I just upgraded my phone to "Ice Cream Sandwich" Android version 4.0.4 and cannot type in numbers anymore. This is on a Samsung Captivate Glide.

The Clear, Next, and Backspace keys all work. The number keys do not. After unselecting the custom keyboard, I can then enter the numbers.

Would I suggest it if I didn't? I've had apps that crashed on startup and reinstalling it made it not crash on startup.

The phone started out at 2.?? so it was upgraded significantly in the OS.

To cookieguru: All apps were wiped out by the OS upgrade. The gasbuddy app had to be re-downloaded and re-installed after the upgrade. Do you think rebooting the phone, uninstalling and reinstalling the app would help?

Reboot the phone, uninstall then reinstall the app.

AT&T just pushed the 4.0.4 update to my phone this morning (from 4.0.3), and I had no problems entering prices today with the GB app (and there were a lot of prices to enter, since we had an 11 cent spike in prices today). Samsung Galaxy S-II.
