Most of the gas stations accept credit cards except few would like to have cash for the better gas price.

Yup, lots of Arco stations around me take credit cards and have nixed the $0.35 debit fee. A few aren't participating, and one charges the same for debit and credit and kept the $0.35 debit fee (and may have a credit fee as well). I have a feeling these participating stations are marking up a few cents more than they did before waiving the debit fee. Seems silly that gas stations are the only ones that have to pass on charge fees to consumers--restaurants, clothing stores, and on and on don't feel the need to do so.
But to the issue at hand, ithegenius, the best way to handle this right now would be to add the Arco stations in your area to your Favorite Stations List and indicate in the comments that the price is cash/debit only and that debit incurs a $0.35 fee. That way, every time you post the prices from the FSL, the comment gets posted as well. For most of mine, the comment is "Cash/Debit price. Credit $0.10 more". Or for grocery stores with loyalty cards it's "$0.03 less with xx card"

This issue has been (and is being) discussed in multiple threads already.
As for a Los Angeles ARCO station accepting credit cards, according to the ARCO website, ARCO continues to not accept credit cards (other than their own fleet card), although at participating ARCO stations in the Seattle area they will be testing the use of credit cards. And, again at participating ARCO stations in the Seattle area they have eliminated the debit card fee, meaning the debit card and cash price are the same.
This has not, according to ARCO, is only taking place in the Seattle area, and at participating stations; credit card acceptance and no-debit card fee has not been put in place in other areas yet, nor has ARCO announced when the new program may expand or to what areas.
