I fill up when at 1/4 tank, unless I feel like topping off to avoid price spikes.

No, I only fill it when it drops below a 1/4 tank. The less time I have to waste at the gas station the better.

No because 70% of my driving is local city which requires at times the frequent start motion/increase speed, both take extra fuel energy along with braking usable momentum for a possible stop motion(traffic)conditions.

Less fuel weight in the tank is a benefit for that type traffic conditions(stop/slow/increase/restarts) from stopped motion. Less vehicle weight working against Inertia forces(science stuff) Earth connected.

I know that 1/3--- to 1/2 tank of fuel is not always Ideal for other drivers interests, local, habits or travel commutes. WFM on fuel savings, because lighter is better for my conditions/habits/commuting efforts.

I fill it when It needs gas, or I think prices will be going up...

Since I drive a Prius, it's not too often...

This has NOTHING to do with the topic here of fuel economy!

Where are the Gas Buddy Moderators? How long will GAJDHI be allowed to clutter up the forum with off topic posts?

Depends on the driving I plan on doing. Usually, I fill my tank after it gets to or near 1/4 tank left.

No! In the winter we keep it full, the way gas prices are now we can't afford to fill up the truck. We don't fill the car any longer either, the gas companies can get their money else where!
