Don't you just love the moron that stops a complete line of traffic on a through way to let someone else turn left in front of them, thereby resulting in almost total rear end collisions. Just yesterday I also saw a truck pull across 3 lanes of traffic into a driveway and then proceed to back out into the on coming traffic. We actually have people like this on the highway folks, and they also breed new ones like them.

The Good Book claims The Poor will always be around in this World, then assuming on this planet. I can only guess that that may go for morons also, I never get over excited about that, say about those things, Any given day one can actually see these unless one is blind, and shouldn't be driving, "Another one" fits the bill, just guessing along with the "mayhem man" getting it done, I wonder where all the Bees are going, seems those powerful 15 MPH mowing machines are eating em up where clover blooms are abound. noticed that too. Those moron Bees can't fly off the blooms quick enough to avoid being eaten alive(mechanically). HABetterDay!

The Worldly system can get maniac at times, it seems to start after one rises out of bed in the mornings or when ever. I have worked three shifts totaling 44 + years of my life not counting back to about the work at when 8 yrs. old on to being an adult.
If I were to blow my vehicle horn at every silly incident I thought was irrational on the roadway when driving, I would have worn out probably at least 25 or more.

Gas increased prices have put more tension on the driving public back to the early part of 2000, nothing new, but drivers have more distractions, there are more vehicles in each family today and the pace is hurry, Hurry, HURRY ! x three... I came from an ERA that had luckily one family vehicle per family.

Still there are available vehicles that are about muscle/economy afforded today with better mileage/gadgets so expect more personal habits to interfere with other peoples impatience. World of their own habits... I heard that somewhere! Could be my neighbor even or me, I often get up before Dawn! Aim right handed and I get out of the sack on the Left Side and still manage to save some fuel when driving..........

Yes, I have seen this too. How about raining and not turning on your headlights here in GA and FL. It's the law but every 5th vehicle I see has them off. I guess they are saving electricity or battery voltage!

It's a long road that has no dips.

Interesting to see the number telling you to ignore the silly folk out there but these same folks are immediately responding to what they see as a silly comment on your part. If they actually believed what they were telling us, they would have just ignored you and moved on. Seems that they have to respond to silliness as it pops up too.

CactusBobs says " I drive about 30,000 miles a year , i see things all the time , i just shake it off, it makes me laugh most of the time ."

Glad you can do that CactusBobs.......

I sometimes wish I was more patient with other people's driving......

I have to agree with you MertieMan I drive 30,000 - 35,000 miles a year myself between back and forth to work and recreational (vacation), and errands. As cactusbob said sure there are lapses of judgment at times but some things I've seen on the road are beyond that and go to just plain stupidity. One of the big things I see are in the winter when the plows are out I can't tell you how many times I've seen on the highway a line of traffic staying behind the plow and one person with a 4WD passing the whole line including the plow trying to go 65mph like it's bare pavement. those are the kind of people that are stupid when on the road. Many of those people you see in the ditch a couple of miles up the road.

Badbonita; I agree with you when I am in the car alone. Things I utter couldn't be repeated in public when I see someone literally do something stupid, and it happens practically everyday on a road that I travel going to work. I was injured in an accident almost 2 years ago when a loaded dump truck driver rear ended me while I was waiting on a stop light. It totaled my car and sent me to the hospital. Now I have a 14 percent disability in my right shoulder thanks to this accident.

It's easy to nitpick about someone else's driving. And certainly there are times, I am glad no one else is in the car with me since the words and comments regarding some of the other driver's actions would likely make the proverbial sailor blush.

But there are likely times, that my actions have given some other driver the same problems.

I just watched a dark colored car heading in my direction, and it was drizzling rain and dark, and they had no headlights or marker lights on at all.

CactusBobs; I agree with you, but with all of these same posts day after day that have the same comments, I just put on a couple of news ones, and I don't create new ones very often either. I agree with you about negative people as I have a group of in laws that have to have some sort of drama day after day, and they cannot let a day go by without something big occurring in their life. I'm not like that, I prefer the old routine day everyday. Most of these people are always wanting to borrow money, and I tell them the magic word for money is, WORK.

Mertieman: what is "posting an object" ?
what is posting the same thing over and over ?( is this something i do ?, because i don't post new topics much) the only reason i made the comment i did was . people(in general) lately all they do is complain , people have always made mistakes , it's nothing new
just a lapse in judgement for a split second, it does not make them bad drivers

I drive about 30,000 miles a year , i see things all the time , i just shake it off, it makes me laugh most of the time . i have at times done dumb things , so may be i am, one of those bad driver , i cant judge myself

but i don't wreck , the only wreck i ever had(37 years of driving) was 1994 , it was on a dirt farm road , on a curve , i hit a parked truck....HARD ! with a home made sand rail .....not pretty at all !

so , don't take my comment personal , it was not an attack , just a reaction . i tell my own wife to stop being so neg. at times

Cactus; You just might be one of these types of drivers. At least I post objects I see and don't keep repeating the some old ones over and over for years on end.
