2013 Honda Fit, 300 miles on it, according the fuel mileage meter, 36 mpg driving to work and back. I have not filled it since I took possesion of it two weeks ago when the AAA car buying service who I bought the car from filled the tank.

It has a manual trans and would get 29mpg when newer and with 100% gas.

Wintersucks, mine is a 2012 with the 3.0 liter. The new 2013 Fusions are totally redesigned and both the 3.0 and 3.5 liter engines are gone. Now you can choose either a 1.6 or a 2.0 Ecoboost (optional) unless you get the Titanium trim level.
So, the new Fusion will be getting much better mileage than the current one and if you want one I would encourage you to go check one out at your local dealer.
I am stuck with mine for another year, then I might look at a 2014.

...boy, that sure makes me rethink wanting a Fusion! I like the car but man that is some sad mileage out of a car.
